ISKCON Resolve provides neutral, confidential and informal conflict resolution services for members of ISKCON. It is an office independent from management, providing members an opportunity to discuss concerns with complete confidentiality.
The purpose of ISKCON Resolve is to serve as a means to address conflict and seek resolution within our ISKCON society.
Devotees who serve as an ombudsperson for ISKCON Resolve provide six main services:
- Confidential complaint handling
- Dialoguing: helping individuals to resolve differences through listening, understanding and communicating.
- Conflict analysis
- Mediation
- Facilitation
- Coaching and training
